Neptronic's HVAC controls portfolio is positioned around application-specific and configurable controllers and room devices for common terminal and unitary systems. The range highlights fan coil controls (BACnet or stand-alone) for 2- or 4-pipe systems, VAV controls for single/dual duct and fan-powered boxes, and heat pump controls, supported by wall-mount universal controllers, wireless/room sensor options, and expansion hardware such as BACnet I/O boards, static pressure controllers, SCR/SSR modules and relay boards to bridge low- and high-voltage control needs. This offers a practical controls ecosystem for both OEM and retrofit BAS deployments.

For airside and waterside actuation, Neptronic provides a broad actuator line that spans fast-acting models, multi-signal quarter-turn families, high-torque units, IP-rated options, and dedicated linear actuators for valve applications. The actuator families cover a wide performance envelope, from small-torque and fast-response damper use up to very high torque requirements, with both rotary and linear solutions organized across series for different duty levels.

Their actuated valve offering complements this with multiple valve bodies and sizes for hydronic and HVAC service, including characterized and contoured port ball valves, full port and industrial ball valves, butterfly valves (with larger flanged sizes), zone valves and globe valves. These assemblies are designed to regulate hot and chilled water flow in equipment such as AHU coils, boilers and fan coils, and are available with on/off, floating or modulating control signals, including electronic fail-safe options using stored energy for power-loss positioning. The combined benefits are simplified selection and commissioning, reliable BAS integration, and tighter control of airflow and water flow to improve comfort, stability and energy performance in commercial and institutional buildings.
